Speed matters when you’re specifying a project. We know every element needs to come together quickly - and often across different schedules, whether you’re at your desk or on the go.

Commercial specifiers can order samples anytime via our website or directly through their Specification Manager. Orders placed by 1pm AEST are dispatched the same day.

Prefer to share a brief? Our Specification team can curate a selection tailored to your criteria. With commercial design backgrounds, we’re confident in guiding you toward the right solution, especially when time is tight.

Once you’re finished, samples can be returned via your Kube Library Box. We’ll collect and reuse them during your next update visit if they’re no longer required.

PLACING AN ORDER

We accept orders via email at info@kubecontract.com  from both new and existing customers.

To help us track project specifications, we may ask for a project reference and details of any designer involved.

Payment can be made via EFT or credit card through our online payment portal.

DELIVERY + LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary depending on product type, quantity, and delivery location.

As a guide, most products are delivered within 10–12 business days to capital cities. +Print items and larger orders may require additional time.

We recommend getting in touch to confirm your project requirements. Lead times will be confirmed at the time of order, and we’ll keep you informed of any updates as they arise.

Installation requirements vary across our product range. It’s important to review the installation instructions for each project, as methods may differ from one product to the next.
